In this interactive workshop, the audience will learn how to create the conditions to show up with authentic confidence in the world. Through exploring the components of self-trust, attendees will gain the skills to make better decisions, faster – and ensure that those decisions are in alignment with their true values and priorities. They will also discover practical strategies for building self-trust, such as setting boundaries, expressing self-compassion, and embracing intuition. Attendees will walk away inspired to become the person they were meant to be.

About The Speaker:
Jesse Janelle helps soul-searching millennials and women learn to trust themselves so they can show up authentically in the world.
She has been working in the coaching industry for over a decade, serving leaders from companies such as, McKinsey, Harvard Medical School, The Walt Disney Company, Mass General, Amazon, and many others. In 2021, she was selected to be a founding member of Forefront, powered by Marshall Goldsmith and the 100 Coaches, for her contributions to the field of leadership coaching. Jesse holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College and completed her Ontological coach training with the Newfield Network.
