The Owner and Primary Host, Amy Aoude, is currently in Dubai traveling and finding ingredients!

Through a guided tasting, attendees will learn the “right way” to eat chocolate paired with the best wine. 

Karen Scalia would be our onsite speaker, Karen runs the Salem Food Tours for the past 10 years and was just featured in North Shore Magazine. 

Karen will present the background on the selected wine and chocolate and do a tasting with the group. “She’s fantastic”!!!!
